BOTH, have GREAT bloodlines and female families!.
Private Deed is an easy breeder. Royal Selection is older, incredible bloodlines with the strongest (blacktype) female family of the two and does require a little extra care while in foal (regumate or P4 BioRelease-10cc every 10/12 days) small price to pay for her bloodlines!!!
UTD on everything, stand great for the farrier, vet, etc... They are open, under lights, ready to breed.
